I noticed long time ago that lean protein makes me jittery and kind of
wired. I must eat good amount of fat with my protein to feel really good.I
only eat lean protein when I want to "cut" any bodyfat which is very rarely
now.
And noticed the longer I'm on a paleo/low carb diet the less protein more
fat I require to feel good. Kind of strange for me.
