with liver especially,  you better have a good source from animals raised
with their natural diet . it makes a huge difference taste wise as the
commercially raised animals have very stinky liver IMO.
and raw it is way tastier( sweet )  because cooked it becomes all dried and
chewy.if the animal is not in top health the liver is the one organ the most
affected .
