Does anyone have stories to share of introducing older children to paleo. I just started in February, and am pleased with the weight I've lost and how I feel, as well as intrigued with the possible health benefits.
My older son, 18, is an athlete, lifts weights, and very diet conscious as he was overweight until about the 8th grade. He's already adopted some of my patterns, although he generally treats weekends as a "break". My younger son, 12, has always been thin, and is one of those who can eat 3 potato chips and set the can aside if he's full. Of course, he eats ice cream almost every night. So, I can't imagine starting to try and switch him over. Maybe if I were more thoroughly convinced of the health benefits, but right now I'm just not there.
Anyway, anyone ever made the switch with older children?

yet-to-be-conceived children will NOT be eating grains, as much as I can
help it.
