The longer this goes on, the less I think it's terrorists.  I could be wrong,
I hope not. For one thing, you'd think that terrorists would want to make a
big statement, a sort of a "Ha, we got you!" thing.  These two have been too
quiet.

I think it's a couple of guys who live and work in the DC area, perhaps have
(or did have) weekend jobs, or maybe have jobs that require travel and they
have to be with families during weekends.  You can tell I read too many murder
mysteries.

One thing for sure - at least one of them is a very good shot.
