yesterday I posted a problem I was having with winlink version 2.29.  When
I installed it it completely locked up my system and it looks as if this
piece of software doesn't have keyboard support.  When I talked to
handihams all they could recommend was to get an older version of
hyperterminal and drive a terminal node controler manually.  Appparently
this is an area where there hasn't been a lot of work done and I'm about to
put my findings into an article in either qst or handiham world concerning
