Yes, it will use the UT-102. It's a listed accessory on Icom's page,
as well as on Universal Radio. It comes with DSP and an autotuner...I
expect with the addition of the 500-HZ cw filter, the UT-102, and a
QSY'er, it'd be a fantastic blind-friendly rig and fairly
inexpensive. $649 (I think) for the HF without 6 meters one from
HRO. Without the UT-102 and filter of course. I want one!
