Good morning Jim,

Thanks for you advice and suggestion. You are so right, I have no more junk food in the house, hope it stays that way.

My allergies are triggered by environmental pollens (house dust, trees, cut grass and construction dust is the worst, and animal hair), luckily I don't have any allergies to food. Although, I don't eat any wheat, dairy and peanuts.

They tell me that the hole in the sinus can be life threatening for me, if the sinus infection gets to the brain I could easily get meningitis. Hope this never happens.

Have a great day/week.

Maddalena

Maddalena,

You must avoid wheat in any form. It is the source of your sinus infections.

You crave sweets because you are not in ketosis. You must make it three days with 60 grams or less of carbs and the cravings will go away.

Throw all the junk food -- cookies and candy included -- out!

Jim
