 From the FAQs on the thepaleodiet.com webpage, it seems that eating
high glycemic-index vegetables is discouraged because that promotes very
low density cholesterol, which, in the presence of saturated fat, can be
atherogenic.  Given that, wouldn't eating starchy vegetables as part of
a diet with very little saturated fat (I'm assuming fish oils fall into
this category) not be any problem?
