Does anyone know of a good source of walnut oil? I have seen several
brands of walnut oil in health food stores although none have been of
high quality. Several years ago I found some very good walnut oil in
an international foods store. The walnut oil really tasted like
walnuts. It was a deep brown color (sort of like flax seed oil).
Most walnut oil I have found since then is comparatively bland and
light yellow I moved about 5 years ago and have not been able to
find it anywhere else. The name was something like California
Premium.
