Best source of info on arrhythmias is: http://www.afibbers.org/homepage.htm

Best way of coping is strict paleolithic diet.

Natural Progesterone from http://www.womhoo.com/ is currently having a good
effect. I know the websites are heavily biased towards females, but the
squeaky wheel gets the grease. Men are also affected.)

Worst way of coping: take your doctor's advice.

Note well; you've caught it early, and might avoid the worst if you can
find something that helps.

Good Luck,

William
