> 1) Why heart disease mortality is low in France:

I allways have been surprised top see that but never said anything . I am
from France and don't see that cardiovascular diseases are low . i have seen
so many peoples dying from heart conditions. so i don't know how they get
their stastistics but something seems wrong .
about drinking ,car accidents in France are very very high often involve
drinking .
my father died inexpectedly from a heart attack , and he was a very moderate
drinker ( quarter of glass of wine per meal with cheese and liked to drink
alcohol at every social occasion at homes ,with familly or when invited
somewhere without ever getting drunk.)
