So here goes day two of my menu--I'm already feeling much more focused and
energetic (yay!) and starting to lose the cravings.
walnuts
watermelon
egg salad (boiled eggs, a dab of mayo & mustard & curry)
beef jerky
sashimi (raw tuna, raw yellowtail mmmmm....I could eat this stuff everyday
if it weren't for mercury & the expense!)
And I successfully resisted the cheesy Doritos that my husband so cruelly
opened right after we were at the grocery store. I wish so much that he
would be Palo with me, and I think he'd wish to, but years of an atrocious
diet makes his willpower nil. He has cut out soda (was at least an 8
can/day drinker), which is a miracle, though his replacement beverages
aren't all that great, but 32 oz. of Gatorade per day is a huge improvement
over > 120 oz. of Mountain Dew or Coke.
