Buckwheat is great, it can be eaten raw, just soaked overnight in a
little water. BTW I ate raw soaked spelt everyday for 1 or 2 years 10 y ago.
Buckwheat has omega 6:3 ratio of 10:1. That's not too bad. It's only 1 g
LA per 100g.
