Before you go that far, try cutting portion size, and eliminate
drinking before and after lunch about half an hour. You will digest a
lot better if you don't drink with the meal.

You could try a different eating regime too. Try either eating a large
breakfast, or eliminating breakfast altogether. Whichever works.
