Paleo cuisine disaster

So in my attempt t be a true paleo eater I ordered Buffalo sweet breads,
brains and liver.

The sweet breads turned out to be pancreas. Not knowing how to cook it I
decided to saute it in olive oil. The overwhelmingly disgusting smell
permeated my entire house (Have not been able to get rid of it for 2 days)
And the taste was the most disguising thing I have ever tasted.

The brains were no better. I soaked those in vinegar water for 1 hour and
fried them in an egg wash. Gross! I then mashed the brains and combined
them with egg. better but still gross.

The liver faired much better, but still stunk up the kitchen. I think my wife
is going to throw me out soon.

I think I'll stick to burger patties and steak!

Alex
