If anyone saw the interview with Ornish and Taubes the difference in
physique blatantly obvious.  Ornish looks very "soft" with his double chin
and all and on the other hand you have Taubes with a fit and chiseled
physique.  I have noticed the same thing since abandoning vegetarianism for
paleo.  I feel the solid physique is much more human than the soft belly,
saggy skinned one AT ANY AGE.
