But if they listed less - it could easily be the case as well.

Without food, therefore it would need about 12 hours to be used up.
Animals to be slaughtered often travel a lot inside naughty trucks
toward a slaughterhouse. That's a big point of criticism on the cruelty
before animal slaughtering.
Sometimes they travel for days - much more than 12 hours.
Liver carb would go down in these hours.
At the same time a lot of stress hormones build up.
Better to have high carb liver if any, IMO.
