Oh, I remember that lady, too! Yeah, every time she looked through that mirror, I'd think she was looking for me, but of course I never realised whether she was looking for *me* or some other 'Kathy.' ;-)
One memory I have of Chuckles the Clown is one day when I was home from school - maybe it was summer - he looked into the TV camera and said there was a fire up in the canyons. I ran and got my mom and we watched the special bulletin and she went outside to look up into the hillside, and sure enough, there was a lot of smoke wafting up behind us. She put me into the car pyjamas and all, and we went to my aunt's for the day. The fire didn't even come near our house but it was better to be safe than sorry.
