The Department of Pediatrics, Stanford School of Medicine, and the San
Francisco Bay Area Celiac Support Groups invite you to attend the Fourth
Annual Stanford Celiac Conference - Sat. Sept. 6, 2003, at the beautiful
Stanford campus, 30 miles south of San Francisco.

~An educational conference for medical professionals and celiac patients. ~

Educational Objectives
Designed for primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners,
dieticians, and celiac patients, the Fourth Annual Stanford Celiac
Conference is a comprehensive presentation on all aspects of celiac sprue
including diagnosis, long-term medical management, celiac sprue with
diabetes, current research on celiac sprue, resources for a gluten free
diet, and gluten free cooking and baking.

Accreditation
The Stanford University School of Medicine is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor
continuing medical education for physicians.  The Stanford University
School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5
category 1 credits towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award.

This day long event includes the following:
