Hi all,

I have had 2 small DH welts for the past 2 days on my thighs. I have been on a strict celiac diet for a couple of months. so I know that something I am still eating has wheat in it.

I am down to 2 items...the CVS brand antacid that is like tums and/ or the chinese food I ate last night and forgot all about the soy sauce. I didn't add any soy but it must be in the hot and sour soup or the mu shu chicken ate. I eat only the filling not the wraps.

I don't see any ingredients on the antacid label. they list corn starch as an ingredient. Would wheat be in there too but not labeled if they label corn starch?

I am taking 2 tablets a day to add calcium to my diet...do I need to find a better calcium replacement?

thanks...
