This is a good time to stock up on GF passover foods that are hard to find
during the year.  Today I purchased loads of jars of GF gefilte fish (only
available at Passover) at 2/3 the price. Brands included Streits, Heritage
and BenZs.  GF Cake mixes by Leibers were at the regular price of  $2.99 for
brownies, coffee crumb, chocolate chiffon and plain chiffon all made with
potato starch only.  Company advises that they are indeed GF.  And...(if you
can still find them) don't forget those Passover Peskaz Pesach Crumbs which I
use all year round as fillers and toppings that are made with potato starch
and not available year round.  Freezes well too.
