I called a hospital in preparation for my day in labor and delivery in 3
weeks(give or take a week). I asked how the meals worked if a person has
celiac. The dietician told me to order off of the regular menu and the food
would be prepared for a celiac diet. She then asked me how sensitive I was
to diet. (The term gluten was never mentioned) This makes me a bit nervous.
I can't think of a worse time to get sick for a week. :-) Do other people
just pack their own food?
