My wife Lori woke up with terrible diarrhea and vomiting, and has been going nonstop for 3 hours. We can't get to a hospital because we have little kids, and no where to take them.

She may be experiencing a lactose intolerance reaction as the last thing she ate was gluten free mac and cheese.

What can she drink? She is terribly dehydrated, and the plain Lipton tea is coming back up.

Please help!

Jonathan, Lori's husband
