I am feeling soooo much better since following some of my naturopath's suggestions. She believes that the headaches/fatigue/shakiness after working out are directly related to my low blood sugar and low potassium levels, which showed up in my blood tests. Eating well-balanced small meals and snacks (including protein!!!!) every couple hours, especially before and after workouts has made a big difference. Also, I've been drinking Knudsen's Recharge, an all-natural sports drink, before, during, and after workouts. I'm also eliminating or rotating some foods since getting ELISA allergy test results. I'm beginning to believe that I may actually feel "normal" some day! Thanks, again for all your help. Peggy in nh
