They used to have a roasted chicken, no flour, that kicked culinary a$$
IMHO, but they pulled it.  I'd smack my mama for them to bring it back.  Why
they haven't yet is beyond me -- there's certainly a market for it.

Is Kenny Rogers Roasters in or out of business?  Their rotisserie chicken
was outstanding.  Although their neon signs COULD burn your retinas
(according to a Seinfeld episode -- nyuck, nyuck).

If you aren't totally anti-prepared/restaurant food, Boston Market is a good
option.  They also have roasted chicken and a vegetable medley right up even
the Paleo alley.  I wish I knew what was in their creamed spinach, though.
I guess if I asked I could get an ingredient list.
