I believe in honesty and truth. Saying that raw milk
causes health problems lacks honesty. You may choose
not to eat it, if you want. But don't claim that raw
milk is harmful based on studies from processed milk.
Let us have some honesty and truth.
Cordain tells us to eat CANOLA OIL and LEAN MEAT. Do
you see that as honest or truthful? Canola (rapeseed)
is as toxic as soy, if not moreso. Lean meat is also
a deficient food. Cordain needs to observe primitive
eating habits. They wasted the lean meat if it didn't
have enough fat. This wasn't a whim. They found that
people died faster eating lean meat than they did by
eating nothing at all.
Paleo tribes also ate potatoes and starchy roots, so
Cordain's and Audette's dogma against those foods is
simply WRONG. It's possible that paleo is perfect &
can never be improved on. But I wouldn't bet on it.
As Joe Zychik pointed out, most hunter-gatherers did
not live very long. You may wear your body out faster
in return for better health. Don't you realize that
everything in Life is a trade-off, a compromise, or
a missed opportunity at something else?
