Are we forgeting the depletion of basic nutrients that occurs with the SAD.
That effect was the basis for most vitamin and mineral supplementation. The
"rda" is devised by determining presence or deficiency in the average
person. The average person has a horrible food intake profile!! I believe
that most of the nutrients a human needs can be manufactured by the body if
it is not "busy" trying to clear up a dietary nightmare.
