there is not the faintest evidence for this bogus figure. variously this is
put forward as an absolute amount of protein or as a percentage, depending
on who is telling the story. file in bin along with 'saturated fats are bad
for you.'

problems CAN come from shortage of vitamin b6,12, and folate which help re
format methionine from homocysteine.  these are found best in liver.
