Hi Michelle;

You may have had a little too much sweet fruit yesterday although the
berries are good, but overall all the food appears to be non-processed which
is a big plus.

Don't feel too bad about the liver - I hear (from non-paleo people) that it
contains tons of toxins and shouldn't be eaten frequently. I, for the first
time, fried some liver last fall with onions and found it utterly repulsive
and didn't even finish it. Personally I would rather die a few years earlier
in my life then have to eat *that* every day or so. Oh, yuuucckk!

What is shaved turky? If it is a commercially-prepared food with additives,
I would probably discontinue eating it.

Keep up the good work,

Marilyn
