Researchers have found no evidence of autoimmune disorders among either
modern hunter-gatherers OR in the remains of pre-ag. revolution humans.
Sounds healthy to me. They did find evidence of osteoarthritis in one set
of remains, but that's wear-and-tear arthritis, not rheumatoid rheumatoid
arthritis which has been attributed to lectins, a protein found in legumes
and most grains.
Seriously, a complete lack of autoimmune disorders doesn't strike you as
significant?
