So many people have problems with sweet milk (and don't know it) that it is
usually better to fermented. Kefir is good, whatever you try it should be
thorougly fermented - at least 24 hours.
Drink the egg(s) raw, yolk unbroken. I drink at least 6/day.
I strongly suggest you substitute butter (fat!) for all those
carbohydrates.
