Look at wild animals
carnivorous favor big meals spaced in time
vegetarians graze for hours all day .
In the frame work of a plant rich diet eating small meals often will be
better to keep the blood sugar even .
with meats and fats no need for that .
i believe the least mixed( between differents kinds of foods ), is the meal
better it is well digested .
the natives here were eating 2 big cooked meals in the morning and in the
evening after their day of foraging snacking on raw or dried stuff during
the day .

i think it is good also to not have your digestive system having to work
constant .
when i was eating more plant foods i had to eat all day long now on a meat
and fats diests i don't have this need anymore.
