who in this world would collect? if the u.s. quits
trading with a country now their ecconmy is ruined. a
informal consumer boycott of french products now is
hurting france quite a bit. embargos against the us
would be like shooting yourself to punish some one
else. "oh, you going to get it now, i am not goping to
let you buy my wine. i'll fire my winery employees
first. so there."
  this would be the death of the U.N. and many other
organizations. they would cease to exist.

like i said in the past, this type stuff is why bush
would not sign on to some of these rediculus treaties.
