When you say it is 100% accessible, does this mean in its native
exported state or using an accessible tool like a screen reader with the
exported output?

The plug-in exports to two sets of html files. One is text only, with
any graphics on the slide at the bottom of each html slide. The other
version is a slide with the actual graphic of the slide.
The plugin is a bit buggy, but it works and the text version is
wonderful in the sense that it is 100 percent accessible.
