It's a good "something." What, I do not know, but
it's a good start and not all bad.
First, it is more like forgiving the credit card debts
of someone who has no income. Africa better start
generating some income - simply making money and
building wealth. That's another symposium topic which
has already been flogged to death.
Second, we need good governance !!! With all the
attendant ills of bad governance - corruption,
nepotism and sheer incompetence, all will come to
naught.
We will soon go back on the credit card again.
