Racial Justice Program Coordinator
The YWCA of Madison is currently seeking a dedicated & self-motivated
individual to coordinate our hallmark Racial Justice Program, facilitate
our advocacy work, & coordinate the annual Week Without Violence
program. This full-time position entails working with community
leaders, workshop facilitators, & program volunteers to coordinate
Unlearning Racism workshops, Time To Talk forums, and an annual
community wide luncheon. The ideal candidate should possess strong
organizational skills & have experience in group facilitation, &
diversity training, a bachelor's degree in social work or a related
field, & experience with and knowledge of already existing community
programs & organizations involved in eliminating racism, or an
equivalent combination of both education & experience. Interested
persons should send a resume and cover letter to the YWCA of Madison,
101 E. Mifflin St., Madison, WI 53703 no later than 3 p.m. on Friday,
