SEEKING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Centro Hispano of Dane County, Inc., a non-profit agency servicing the
Latino Community, is seeking a confident leader in a fast paced, change
oriented community-based social service agency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual will be responsible for oversight of multiple programs,
expanding the organization's network, community outreach, fund
development, administrative management, public speaking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years experience at executive management level, finance, and
grant writing required.  Knowledge of issues affecting the Latino
community and community action or non-profit management experience is
required.  Must be Bilingual (Spanish) and have a minimum Bachelors
Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field.  Masters
Degree or MBA preferred.
