A friend who lives in Ohio just sent me this in an email. I thought you
might find the info interesting, especially if ever have to shovel snow.

"When I shovel snow, I always take an aspirin first. They
always say
to take one if you get a heart attack, so I figure I'll take one as
preventive medicine. It's something about the shoveling motion that puts
a
lot of stress on the heart. Be careful, use your legs, don't overload
the
shovel, etc. I alternate sides, using the right side, then left side of
my
body. This time we didn't have any significant snow."
