As a teacher, I've had vegan/vegetarian pupils/students who have been quite overweight (Yum! potato-crisps & tofu-icecream) as well as one vegan girl whose inability to live hard-core and healthy at the same time at least contributed to her suicide. And my pupil is not the only such case I've heard of; vegans with a "highly paleo genome" simply MUST be either sick and unhealthy, or cheating and unhappy. Who says veganism isn't a deadly ideology?
