Everybody has. I know it's the old subject (all this ph miracle stuff) but
body has so many regulatory systems to keep ph in check that it can be done
even on very extreme diets probably for lifetime.
I remember even here the discussion why it's easier for the body to keep ph
in check on a low carb high protein diets.
