I never had under eye bags, but I did have dark circles.  The circles
improved when I removed wheat from my diet.  I think that it is due to me
not being borderline anemic anymore.  I could never get away from being
"borderline" no matter how much red meat I ate, but now don't have that
issue with the elimination of wheat.
