because i raised my kids folowing the instinctive nutrition guidelines , i
let my kids decide what and when to start to eat . one started at 2 months
to introduce all kinds of foods from dry shrimps or salmon or meats to nuts
(prechewed) and vegetables and fruits ( all in their raw undenatured state )
the other one started later around 5 months and is eating all kind of fresh
meats and seafoods.
the oldest one , breast feed till 4 years old and the other one is still
breast feeding at 2 and half. the introduction to foods have been gradual .
the allergy problem i think will arise with foods that have been denatured
( thru cooking or other means ) and are not eaten following the instinctive
attraction ( thru seasonning and mixing ). the body when presented to a wide
variety of raw undenatured foods in the proportions available naturally in
the wild ( carefull with abondant source of domesticated fruits ) will not
allow itself to burden itself with large amount of possibly allergenic foods
.
as long the child is breast fed and the mother is not deficient, iron will
be supplied by milk
