I've been tracking the CR list for more than 5 years
and can tell you the above statement is incorrect.  If
you reduce calories enough, and go into a CR state,
you will see a dramatic reduction in your cholesterol
and TG numbers, regardless of the macro nutrient
profile of your diet.  Most everyone on the CR list
have exception numbers even if they fall into the high
carb low fat camp.
