My BMI is 19.5, (

pretty good by CR standards, even though I don't count
calories.

CR or even low BMI does not have an effect on lipids,
unless you apply sensible nutritional standards.

If you eat modestly, as the Okinawans do, and apply
sensible nutrition, you can end up with excellent
lipids, etc.
