you should drop the meaningless term 'protein toxicity' and simply use
glutamate and/or ammonia toxicity.
the issue is under what circumstances these conditions arise.
one could be B6 deficiency, but there are probably many arrangements.
but a general comment, there is a big difference between
eating a lot of muscle meat, and eating a moderate amount of organ meat,
in terms of micronutrients. muscle meat is not a great source
of folate, b12, copper, selenium. so all sorts of perturbations may arise.
