< When I type a variety of meats into fitday and then looked at the
nutritional  analysis, it seems several purported "necessary" vitamins &
minerals are
missing or low -- such A, E, D, K, C, thiamin, folate, calcium, magnesium.>

A and D - fish liver
A - animal liver
folate - animal liver
calcium and magnesium - animal and fish bone
K - gut fermentation

but the others are low in animal sources, compared with good plant sources.
