You are never going to believe it but I've actually found a dr in my
hometown who knows the Paleo-principle and agrees with it!!!! I rang
around in search of answers about the questions regarding parasites. He
is a "natural" physician and he told me he has a few books on why we
should not eat bread hahahaha. He was very clear on the positive
prospects of Paleo and I've cheered when I hung up the phone.
Anyway, his advice regarding parasites is:
regular preventive cleansing of the system as we all carry parasites.
garlic
cloves
nettle-tea
cordial-tea (spelling?)
and something called walnut tincture but he warned to be very very
careful with that.
Daily use of garlic in fresh or capsules should not only be against
parasties but also anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Needless to say I
just peeled 5 cloves of garlic but couldn't eat them raw. Fried the
little buggers in oliveoil and that helped to keep them down. We eat
loads and loads of garlic here but it's a bit on the strong side for me
to eat them just like that, raw. Arik can do it, he often does actually.

So this GP works a lot with diets and is Paleo-friendly. I might switch
GP if I get into another tiff with my present one.
