> Ground beef is not safe to eat raw - ever!
i have been eating raw ground beef my whole life and i am 44 years old .
on what is based this affirmation ?
That it might be a good medium to grow bacterias ?
what if exposure to bacterias , parasites, as real life seems to show , is
not as risky as professional of health care want to believe .
Their focus being on the rare cases when bodies get overwhelmed by them ,
they seems to forget that the majority live very well in harmony with those
microorganisms .
how come ?
Spreading fears might be very profitable economically ( as the whole health
industry shows) but from my own experience, is not promoting health ,
quite the contrary.
This , without wanting to offend peoples who earn a living by caring for the
sicks but to bring their role into perspective .
Medecine is trying to make a science out of studying diseases, but what we
need is a science of health.Weston Price was a rare exemple of health
professional looking in the right direction ( what is conducive to health
instead what could go wrong).
I my opinion the probability of exposure to bacteria becoming a life
threatening issue is very very small.
the small anodine daily actions like eating the common foods might do more
to destroy health than the spectacular symptomatic rejection by the body
of those unwanted and uneeded molecules that occur from time to time with
the help of bacterias, or parasites or viruses.
