I have endometriosis (diagnosed from biopsy) and LRAP
can be one symptom, but you would probably have others
too.  Also, I haven't noticed any difference in my
symptoms related to diet.  It is what it is regardless
of what I eat.  Fortunately my symptoms are mild and
haven't caused severe problems, as it can for some
people.

Other listmembers have offered some good suggestions
for you to follow up on.
