The only time I have ever intentionally fasted was prior to blood work where
fasting was required. I also note that when ill, the body naturally fasts.
Who can be hungry with pain, fever, chills, etc.? Other than the body
forcing me to fast I see no reason for it..... Oliva (jmo)

I realize that it could have been a hoax.
However, for whatever it is worth myself
and a number of people who at the time
followed the thread throughout concluded
that it probably was true. Regardless, it still
drives home the point of the potential danger

Which is exactly why Bernarr's irresponsible recommendations
give fasting such a bad name.
